'Out of The Ashes:' Old Stein Set to Reopen Next Month
14 the Old Stein will officially reopen after a fire destroyed much of the 100-year-old building that housed the restaurant last New Year’s Eve. Chatham Roman | Antique Chandeliers For Sale
There have been various unsuccessful attempts to invade these islands (I mean Great Britain) at various times since 1066, but most of them have been unsuccessful, as the skirmish involving the Dutch at Chatham to which you refer. The last time any part of the United Kingdom was invaded and occupied the Channel Islands during the Second World War. The last time (what was then) in England has been invaded successfully was by the Normans in 1066. The last time a British dependency has been invaded the Falkland Islands was in 1982. What nation has ever invaded the United Kingdom (England) in recent history. As you know, these two latest incidents, the invaders were finally driven out. The Dutch still kick some ass though. Seeing that you've got it wrong I'll give you a hint: Chatham 1667.

My antique brass chandlier turned pink, when I rubbed lemons on it, to remove black oxidation!How do I fix it?I was outside cleaning my antique brass chandelier. I rubbed fresh cut lemons on it to remove the black oxidation. Most of the black oxidation was removed.
However on some parts of the chandelier look PINK now! How do I use brasso polish to clean it that should snap it back into shape you should be able to find it at any lumber or hardware store goood luck :0)

I have 2 antique heavy cast brass chandeliers. Amber glass shades ornate. Value????I have hung one already in my dining room and am interested in selling the other. I have been told they are about 1920 or 1930. They have a little girl and boy and are also shaded in areas with small touches of green red and blue. I can email pictures
