Can I just use a regular fluorescent desk lamp to help grow herbs indoors?I'm curious if grow lamps for indoor growing are special in anyway, or if any old fluorescent lamp will do. Thanks!
Grow lights have a stronger light than regular lights. Here's a link to grow lights. There are just the bulbs too. Good luck!

Why are bugs attracted to my white fluorescent lamp and how do I fix this?I have a white fluorescent lamp and these small tiny black bugs fly around it like crazy after I leave the lamp on for a while. I'm going crazy right now because they annoy the hell out of me when I'm studying. Can anyone explain why this happens and
if you do get a bug zapper light you should put it somewhere away from where you are. the bugs are attracted to the light. if the light sets next to you you will have even more bugs to contend with.
