Can I plug my 110V/2W/a7mA LED bulb into my 250V/660W lamp?

The 250 volt/ 660 watt numbers are very rare for an actual lamp rating. Those numbers are the usual maximum ratings for certain lamp holders. If you can clarify the information, I suspect that you will find the actual voltage in the fixture is 120 volts
