Lamps : Iron Scroll Torchiere Floor Lamp Description The Iron Scroll Torchiere Floor Lamp makes a bold statement with its scroll-like details and elegant style. My only complaint is that the scrollwork at the base of the lamp does not align with the scrollwork at the top, as it does in the picture. So far, lamp is very nice, good quality, easy to assemble, appears sturdy. Otherwise, though, the lamp is gorgeous, and it was much, MUCH less expensive than anything comparable in stores. I’m not sure if this is a flaw in this individual lamp or if it’s universal. The dark brown wrought iron base highlights curving patterns at the foot and near the shade. It’s not terribly noticeable but if you’re a bit of a perfectionist like me, it’s bothersome. A simple frosted glass shade gives fresh flair to a design that complements both modern and antique décor.
