The recall involves Trisonic compact fluorescent light bulbs in the 15-, 20-, 22- and 25-watt ranges, with model numbers TS-EN 15W/SP, TS-EN 20W/SP, TS-CFL 22WB or TS-EN 25W/SP printed on the base of the bulb. of Flushing, New York, in conjunction with the U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), have announced a voluntary recall of 124,000 Trisonic compact fluorescent light bulbs due to a possible fire hazard. The defective fluorescent bulbs were imported from China and sold in discount stores in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania in the $1 and $1. CPSC recommends that consumers stop using the fluorescent bulbs and contact Eastern America Trio Products Inc. Consumers should stop using the light bulbs immediately. According to CPSC, the bulbs may overheat and catch on fire. Eastern America Trio Products Inc.
